Q - How long will it take to get my manual?
A - We try to despatch all orders on the same day as receipt of your payment. It's then
in the hands of the postal services, normally within 7 days for europe & USA up to 15 days worldwide.
Q - I didn't get my manual , what can I do?
A - You must wait at least 3 weeks after we shipped your item before you can claim
for lost parcel. You should have received an email to confirm that item was shipped, just count 3 weeks after that email.
If you didn't receive your package within 3 weeks after shipment, just send an email
